Three days ago I dropped off my 2011 BMW at North End Body Shop, after a minor accident. The staff was very professional and the owner gave me the best quote around town. I received my car and I was very impressed with the job. My car looks just like the day I took it home from the lot. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone with luxury high end vehicles. They do an amazing job, in a timely manner (and if the job is going to take longer, they actually provide loaner cars), and the price is the best you can get in town. Great staff, professional owner, and high-quality service.
Only cash or cheque accepted. No receipt provided unless you ask for one. The owner is grumpy and full of himself. He treated me terribly and lost my future business and at least $2000 worth of business from my family in the next couple months. His answer: "I don't care about your business." Who says that to paying customers?
