Very Disappointed...

I was very disappointed with the wrist corsage ($25+tax) I got from this florist. They suggested a rose and freesia combination when I told them what colours I wanted. It was very attractive, however the rose petals all fell off in the first one hour it was worn (1.5 hours after pick up), while photos were being taken, so it never got worn to the event. I spoke to the manager Jay about the situation, and he was not interested in offering either an apology or any compensation, so I told him I would be sure to let everyone know how disappointed I was with his customer service.
