This company should be embarrassed. Your facebook is empty, your website is locked with no sign-up page, your email takes weeks to months to get response from, and last I remember, I called and got transferred 7 times, just to get someones email who didn't reply anyway.
If you are contemplating this business, turn right around and return any products that require you deal with North Sylva.

Horrible business. Takes months to get response. I had an invoice for $13, 000 come to my email after sending info for a $55 order.
Refused any involvement then refused me service.
Tried contacting through a local Canadian Tire..
Its been 18 weeks and North Sylva still has not sent parts.
Original wait period from North Sylva was 8-10 weeks.

I sent my 22 year old Diana model 36 air rifle there for a rebuild. I dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Peter. The rebuild was excellent as was the communication with Peter. I found him to be extremely knowledgable & helpful. I'd highly recommend this company !
