Worst cab company ever

I was a regular cab user here until tonight, I called and ask the lady (Terry) if I could get a cab to the back of a pub, which I work at, she at first was extremely quiet and was not very patient with me for me to raise the volume of my phone. Once I did I asked sorry Can I get a cab to the back and can I get them to cal me when their out side she told me no, because it is a pub and I asked but they always call when their outside my house whats the difference. She then told me that it is a loud pub (which she's incorrect about how busy this pub is and that I am a female who is getting off work I WILL ANSWER MY PHONE) and they wont call because it's wasting their time if I dont answer. To be honest it's wasting their time if I don't know their outside. It's fall in vancouver and it's cold outside I have heavy bags the lsat thing I want is to wait in the cold with that. So, I was like K, I guess I will just get a cab outside then and she very rudely says, Fine! and hangs up. Now, I am in the customer industry and I completely understand when your feeling mad at someone but never do you ever do what she did. I called back and she answered, I asked to speak with a manger or customer service and she told me that no one is in right now, so I told her that I was the lady who called a bit ago to the pub and I did not appreciate the way she spoke with me, and she's says, "oh yes, you wanted the cab to call you outside and you got snotty with me." WOW! ridiculous I told her I was going to complain about her and she didnt seem to care. I called their competition (Sunshine Cabs) and talked to him and asked if they could call once their outside and he said of course! they never don't! HUGE difference in customer service. As I waited for sunshine to arrive I saw North Shore cab arrive and I told him the cab was probably for me and I don't want it and why and that I will never use their services again. He told me that he will let the manager know what happened, but I can't support a company with this bad of service. Horrible. Sunshine arrived and was amazing all the way to my house.
