Great staff who take the time to make sure you get what you need.I've bought a couple of pairs of shoes here and have been far more impressed with them than anything I've purchased from a chain store.

Competent sales people who know what they are talking about.  They help you find a shoe that suits your needs and before you tell them what your needs are, they also make you walk to see what sort of funky things your feet are doing, like collapsing arches in my case.
