Find some better builder

My house was build by North Ridge. We have chosen this builder because we heard some good opinions of others. Well, we ended up with a lemon house with a lot of issues: design, workmanship, very slow warranty responses. Many problems are serious and irreparable. House was build at minimum code or below. Don't expect any extra value. Windows are covered with frost or condensation when it is barely -5 outside and inside humidity 25%. This just an example of problems.
People who build for North Ridge have no education in building and receive no proper supervision during work. Corners were cut everywhere.

Perhaps North Ridge used to be a good builder in the past but it is no more.
