I wanted to call and make an appointment as I am a new client. The phone wait was over 15mins, what is the waits in the clinic??? I have never had to wait that long for a medical clinic to answer calls. If they are that busy, then they are making money and when making money the common sense thing to do is hire more staff , more doctors or quit over booking patients and quit being so cheap. Cheap means poor medical service to me. I think they would cheap out on my care also.
I did have to wait along time on the phone and I had a choice of two doctor's and after haveing certain med's that were apprved by specialist the Dr, Reid would not authorized them as he wanted to access me and who is is to over rule a doctor specalist and taking them for over 5 years and you just can't cut a person off with serious medical conditions and refuse me as a pateint and I have been going their many years. And when I had the second oppointment I waited over one and a half hour which I was book for a certain time and they are way over booking.Another concern is for the low income or just the aveage income the prices for notes start at 25 dollars and are as high as 165, and higher for a note.Yhey should be ashamed of themselves. And over booked and the language barrrier is very hard to understand some of the new doctor's and some are just of med school as of 3 year's and have not idea of more serious issues.
After seeing in the phone book that they supposedly accepted walk-ins, I tried to contact the clinic. My call was answered by an automated voice saying they were busy, but to hold and they'd be right with me..13 minutes later I hung up and drove to the location, only to be cut off and rudely told by their receptionist that I'd have to go to a Medicentre...if they advertise walk-in why was I... more
