Orderded Parts

I ordered parts from Norsim. A week later without hearing anything I called to see if the parts had come in. I was told they were too busy to check and that they would call me when they arrived. Another week went by without hearing so I stopped in. When a staff member couldn't find my order in the book she asked the owner who lost it. He went on rant that he ordered it and that they would call when it came in. He further said that "This isn't Walmart and if you don't like the way I do business then go elsewhere." I hadn't even spoke to him at this point. He continued by saying "What do you want me to do, bend over?". I left the store vowing never to return. I called up another Honda store and they ordered the parts and had them in stock 24 hours later. I don't think that Norsim ever ordered my parts and the fact that they treated their customer in such a bad way says a lot....
