replaced hot water tank
September 15, 2010i had to replace my hot water tank and the staff were very helpful; just had to decide the number of years under warranty; i would recommend norfolk for your many household jobs; their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies

October 17, 2009dave at norfolk was helpful in providing me with not only the parts that i needed but also suggested some additional parts that may have been required given the age of the house. he offered to take back the parts that i didn't need once the project was completed. he saved me trip and was very helpful
