I have to say that working for Nordia has been one of the worst mistakes I have made in my search for a decent career. The call center is poorly run at best. The management team is incompetent and regularly manipulates policies to mislead agents. Schedules are not set in stone, leaving people with families to care for very little room for personal time. The micromanagement causes an extremely high turn-over rate, nobody stays for very long. Agents are forced to sit at their desks for 8 and 1/2 hours a day, being berated by callers, and when the calls slow down, agents are berated by a staff that needs some serious schooling in compassion and honesty. I'm not trying to slander the company, I'm trying to warn people before they apply, this job is NOT very everyone, if anyone at all.
