Came here for some extensions 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. The salon seemed very quiet for a Saturday afternoon (I was the only customer). When I called to book the appointment two days prior, I was told they could "squeeze me in" at 1pm.

On the website they claim they have lots of styles to choose from but really, they only gave me a book with 5 pictures of girls with extensions. And they don't... more

The Good:
- great atmosphere
- great customer service - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, chatty
- good quality product (from what I could tell)
- clean
- other products available to get the most out of your lash service

The Bad (which, unfortunately, always has a bigger impact that the good):

I came a bit late for my appointment and I swear that the girl working there wanted to punish me by forcing me to listen to the ENTIRE Miley Cyrus album. Gawd! I wanted to just get up and leave. It was torture. They really should play better music!!!!
