Learn about one of Canada's most shameful events

Learned many interesting facts about the internment of Japanese-Canadians during the WW2 years. These are the only surviving buildings from the period.

A thought provoking visit

We decided to visit the memorial on the day of its 20th anniversary celebrations and were still made very welcome.
The exhibits explain a part of history that was otherwise unknown to me.
All in all worth a visit.
