Bought a cap for my truck. I'm happy with both the price and the installation but the customer service is absolutely aweful. I waited 5 min to be acknowledged, told the guy what I was there for, got an "Uh huh", then waited another 20 min for them to come get my key and begin. Asked the guy who the owner was and let him know that I wasn't impressed with their customer service. Didn't see owner until it was time to pay. Not one word of concern from him at all. Phoning is even worse; it's like you're bothering them. I felt like they wanted me to be thanking them for selling me the cap. They are the closest place, but I'll gladly drive elsewhere next time I need something.
I bought a part 1 year ago that consisted of 2 seperate parts, the price was $25 for all. one of the parts broke and when i went to get another it alone was $25. It was obvious they were having a slow week but no need to screw over a customer because he's not spending mega bucks at one time....I'll never go back and with my popularity in this region i can assure them that I'll be stearing MANY customers away as well
