Unhygienic and disgusting accomodations

Falsely showing a Rodeway Inn logo (by Choice Hotels) I was informed that they no longer run this and it is privately owned.
The huge mold patch above the old stained steel tub was enough to make us pack up again to leave - but we were not given reimbursement.
A real dump and a total scam because reservations are not redeemable ... WHAT ???

Got into Niagara Falls late and thought this might be a good bargain. It wasn't. The room door didn't fit properly in the frame and cold air blew in all night. The room heater didn't have a thermostat so it would get too hot in the room and then you would have to wake up to shut it off. Then... more

Our mattress sheets were dirty and stained and were the wrong size for our uncomfortable bed. The room size was decent, but the air conditioner didn't work right. The breakfast dining room was way too small...I felt very crowded and had to keep apologizing for bumping into people. But the thing that bugged me the most was the rude service. I would not recommend this motel.
