Lug nuts not tightened
October 20, 2011Bough 4 new tires at Niagara Falls store and had them installed. Drove the car and got to Oakville and noticed something was wrong. Pulled off the highway and the front wheel nuts were loose, jacked up car and check all the wheels, contacted the owner and all that he did was say sorry.
