Looking for honest service? Look elsewhere!

Dropping off my bike at NH cycle has turned out to be a terrible mistake. Jeff Kleine was extremely deceptive and has lied to me about the work being done on the bike. After paying for his services I went to another local mechanic to have the bike inspected and found out that parts and labour I had paid for where not present on the bike. When confronting Jeff he blamed it on another employee who no longer works at NH Cycle and refuses to refund even a portion of the bill. I encourage others to be very cautious.
