Terrible Service
I booked an appointment to get my radio fixed. Took it in and was told it can't be fixed that day. Booked another appointment before leaving to have it fixed. Took it in again, told it couldn't be fixed that day. How hard is it to fix or replace a radio?

Brake woes
June 15, 2011After many attempts before my warranty expired trying to get Toyota to do something about my brake pedal going to the floor, when the warranty expired they wanted to charge me $2100 to fix them (front pads, rotors, calipers). Checking with my old garage it only cost $450 because it didn't need calipers and the parts were cheaper. They found the master cylinder was bad and replaced that for $300... more

Bad service
October 26, 2010I booked an appointment and took my vehicle in because of a radio problem. They couldn't fix it that day, they booked another appointment for me to fix it. Took it back and still couldn't fix it. How hard is it to pull it out and put in a new one?
