I've been a regular customer here since the location opened (if I recall correctly, around 2006-2007). Their pitas are much fresher, better put together, and taste like they use better quality ingredients compared to The Pita Pit or a similar company that focuses on pitas. I have never in my life seen such horrible customer service. I will never again order from New York Pita and I would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. It is hard to believe a business can continue to stay open while being so bluntly rude to it's customers.
