Saved us Thousands!
We listed our house using the mls listing service provided by New Wave Realty of Prince George and are very happy with the results. After listing with New Wave, the inquiries started coming fast and after only 2 months, our house was sold. In contrast, we had been listed with another full-service broker for 6 months and had only 3 viewings from that listing. Thanks very much New Wave Realty, you saved us thousands of dollars and delivered results.
The Epitomy of Dishonesty and Unprofessionalism
I dealt with New Wave for an MLS listing and it was the worst real estate experiences I have ever had. Mike Hurrell, the owner, is dishonest and unprofessional. They never honoured the contract and then lied about the whole affair when I complained to the Real Estate Board about their behaviour.
