Not so great. Server was inexperienced, prices high and food is nothing special. I often walk by during dinner hour and there are seldom many people there.
Went on a Wednesday evening. We were the only ones there. Why is it open?
Ordered a full meal for 3, with a lentil dsh, buttered chicken and shrimp tandoori. All were good and suitable. Naan breads topped it off. Kingfisher beer from New York State (who knew?). Generally pleased. Prices reasonable, as is the service.

I have tried Indian food in India and in Japan (a foodie country) and I have never had food and service that good, period.
this sums up why i love this restaurant: after getting home with my take-out order of chicken dhansak, i got a call from the owner who told me he forgot to include my naan, so he needed my address to come drop it off. Who else has treated you like that? That, and everything from the yogurt up is made in-house. Can't ask for more.
