After attenpts to contact this customer through the weblocal service (we are still not sure who this person is) we have not been given any opportunity to rectify this persons problem with our company in regards to any matter that they may or may have not experienced with us. It is unfortunate that this customer did not make us aware of any problem or negative experience as we would have definately made things right with them immediately. Business owners be warned that this type of slander is what now takes place on the internet instead of dealing with the problem one on one. In short, we cannot fix a problem if we don't know about it. I challenge all of our customers to please come forward with any bad or good experiences in dealing with Nethercott Press Inc. to allow us the opportunity to serve you better, and improve our relations even further.
This company does not respect its customers and continues to abuse them with misinformation and lack of regard and integrity, I suggest you look for another supplier
