bad alteration. ruined dress pants and suits

I went 2 months ago and they altered my dress pants too short.
My partner went this week to alter 2 suit jackets and they made the sleves slanted. Yes, slanted! And the right and left sleve was uneven. Also the inner lining was not adjusted to the new length so it comes out of the sleve, and when we brought it back, there was a pin still on the inside. And they said they slant ALL their suit sleves and also slant all their pants. Which is a total lie because my pants i altered 2 months ago were not slanted. I think it was an excuse to cover up the mistakes. Do not go here unless you want to ruin your clothes.
