a good suggestion

the hotel is really known for its good service. As I experienced, the rooms are so delicately designed. having breakfast there is so comfortable. I found them very intriguing and delicious. the high price is worth its facilities and its quality..

It's a pretty decent hotel, but for the price you might as go more downtown and nicer. It's pricey! Every time I've stayed here (often for Winterlude) I've had the unfortunate luck of staying during a hockey tournament. In other words, no chance of using the pool and lots of children's hockey in the halls. Good luck, if you decent to stay here!

Reception issues

I called and asked for a business colleague I was supposed to meet with today; I was transferred to Meridian voicemail that said the room was not occupied and my call was transferred back to reception; I asked reception if my colleague had checked out and was told that was "personal information" she could not release, and that she would transfer my call back to the room again. Terrible stay,

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The linens were soiled(stained). The drains were plugged in the room we first had and the other room we switched into as well. We found 1 bug on the floor. The hotel room smelled unpleasent. We had intended to stay two nights but checked out after the first night. I do not recommend this hotel.
