Shockingly terrible customer service

This was by far the most atrocious display of customer service I have ever encountered. Those who are considering coming here, be warned.

I called multiple times to make an appointment and my call was not picked up, I left a message on the machine relating contact information. I was not called back. I called multiple times the day after, and my call was not picked up. Since I had heard of this spa at the Taboo show, where I purchased a spa package to support the Breast Cancer Foundation, my money has been prepaid, and I was actually worried that I had gotten scammed. I left a second message saying merely that I have been trying to make a booking for the past 2 days and have received no feedback, stating a genuine concern that this spa was actually closed.

When I finally get a phone call back, I am expecting an apology for all my missed calls, and a regular appointment coordination. Not only dont I get a single sorry, I am yelled at for the next few minutes. Whoever was on the phone with me right off the bat starts screaming at me for wrongfully accusing her of something she didn't do, that she had tried to call back but the call was received by a Rogers message, any just generally was extremely aggressive and unreasonable, not like anything I have ever witnessed or expect from ANY sort of business. When I try to explain nicely that I had not been trying to accuse anyone of anything and was merely confused, I am interrupted, ignored, and cut off by continued ranting. Not once does this ridiculous woman acknowledge any possibility of fault or error on her part. In the end, I hang up in frustration.

Whoever was on the phone yelled that Nasrins has been in business for the past 18 years. Frankly, I am surprised this spa has survived for this long, given the terrible, terrible service. I can tell you right now that I will NEVER give my business to any sort of company that treats their customers in this manner. My 70 dollars will be treated as a sunk cost and charity to breast cancer, I would rather leave my money unused than go to this spa and deal with such rude, ridiculous people.
