Yes Julie, I agree with you. Infect, its their family business and they think that their business has grown enough now, so they can do whatever they want to...
Very Poor Customer Service
I did my taxes at Nan's tax and the customer service provided by his wife is disgraceful...I will never recommend anyone to go there. They fight for their money but they don't provide any type of customer service that they promise. If you have a problem might as well solve it yourself as they only have a long list of excuses as to why they can't do it for you. SHE IS A B@!%H.

Nan's taxes are great!
May 09, 2012David at Nan's took care of a 10 year backlog for me, he understood the industry I work in, and the claims I could make. His prices were VERY reasonable....just don't expect to get him on the phone in April - it's tax time after all....he's busy. Great Guy, I have recommended him to several people in my field.
