DON'T GO HERE!. I own a VW Cabrio. First took my car here because the door locking cylinder broke. So told them what was the issue. 3 hours later they tell me that they had to test the vacuum pump and and that I needed a "Left door latch lock". I said no I told you what I needed that's not the problem. So I paid the $247 in labour and left. My dad and I fix the locking cylinder for $24 dollars.... more

Two experiences with Service Department. AWEFUL!

1) Had a lease and had the girlfriend take it in for an oil change. They convinced her that without a FULL service it would void the warranty and we wouldn't be able to return the car. Ended up being a $600+ oil change.
