Poor computer desk service

Went to munro group on january 15th to order some ram the guy said he would get it orderd on that monday 1 week later i go in to see if its ordered its not call that following tuesday he says its ordered 2 weeks later after he said it was ordered find out it wasn't ordered till the 27th of january and he told me he couldnt tell me this information. now its febuary 8th and i still dont have my ram so any one considering these guys to buy a computer you are better off going to an online retailer to get your stuff. plz take this as a warning the only these guys are good for is buying the parts they have in the store and i dont know how long it would have been if i had bought my case from them as well as i got my case for 20 dollars cheaper including shipping and got it withing a week not impressed guys not impressed
