Needed to get at my personal belongings after my wife had a bad accident. Person was not nice, and say not open. Then said call back at 12:30. The RCMP had this company remove the car after I followed my wife to the hospital. Now I can not get at my car? During this traumatic event, I can not even proceed in a logical manner, to get her stuff, her papers, etc. It's tow lot, god sakes. And THE GUY HANGS UP ON ME after I tried to ask more questions. Thank you. Hope you dumb butt have your family member in the hospital and being treated like this.
This just happened this evening. I was parked to pick up a friend and my car suddenly wouldn't start. I noticed the battery light suddenly turned on as I turned the key... *what?!? I'm freaking out at the point * It was very dark, it was pouring cats and dogs, I'm in a neighbourhood I'm not familiar with and I was scared because I didn't know what I'm supposed to do. The drivers at Mundie's are completely disrespectful!
I was being towed by them outside my house and went to run to stop them and failed to properly coordinate my feet and fell down the stairs. So I pass off the keys to my fiance who was right behind me to go move the car.
I guess they were p@!%!d off that they hadn't hooked up the car yet so legally they couldn't charge us and the driver... more
A small towing company along Kingsway with hick staff, a little rough around the edges, but helpful.
My car's been towed twice in the past two months from my bfs parking lot because of my carelessness. I have the pass; I just fail to put it up ... so, I trek it down to Mundies ($125 tow fee, $20 per additional day). The staff are rough, gruff and you'll hear them sharing jokes amongst each... more
