Interior is pretty dated, service is brisk. It is cash only like many old school chinese restaurants. Good curry beef brisket. Rest of the items are average. Hainanese chicken was alright but there are better places out there whose interior is even more dated. A decent choice if you're in the mood for curry.
Most of the food there is genuinely tasty. Eg curry beef on rice, Hainese chicken. That's probably why loyal customers repeatedly subject themselves to the subpar service and dirty decor.
Iced milk tea was on the watery side but it might have been an off night, (I came at 8:30pm)
Baked Portuguese chicken rice came out really fast but was still nice and hot. The sauce is missing something, maybe the coconut milk and there's definitely no spice. They cut the peppers into very large slices which feels lazy to me as its the only thing you can fit on your spoon.
