Brutal service, way overpriced
Bought a snow blower at Mount Nemo a few years ago on advice from a friend. Brought it back every year for service...last year I got it back from them and starter was not working although it worked when I brought it in. Not having a choice I had them fix it at a cost of about $400. The girl at counter in June told me they were very busy and would have it ready in a few weeks...I told her it would not be till after summer when I would pick it up. In September I received a call from a rude man I am assuming was the owner stating either pick it up or I will sell it. Went in a week later and pleaded my case, he charged me $170 for storage and again made me feel extremely unimportant and that he could not care one way or another if I was a customer or not. I later spoke to my friend who referred me there and he had similar experiences with Mount Nemo and has since gone elsewhere. So much for treating long time good customers with some sort of respect and good service, I felt cheated and embarrased would never refer anyone to Mount Nemo
Excellent product knowledge and very customer oriented
I purchased a Simplicity brand Snow Blower from this great company, and was absolutely amazed at the entire experience. I initially called them on the telephone to enquire about availability of the products, and received prompt courteous service on the telephone. When I went in to make the purchase, I described the size of my driveway and was honestly told that the products that were in stock were probably much more than what I really needed (how refreshing to find a company that actually cares about what the client needs). I decided to make the purchase any way, and even before paying for the product I was given a complete overview of the product features. Next I was given a very informative user training session on how to safely use and care for the product. When the product was delivered to my home, the delivery person asked if I had received product training (which I had) and then asked if I had any questions or if I wanted him to go over how to use my new snow blower. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that takes the time to listen to the client and make an honest reccomendation. I beleive that I received a superior product at a very competitive price, with the added bonus of knowledeable skilled people which is very hard to find in these days of large super stores. Excellent products, excellent people and tremendous value for money. Congratulations Mount Nemo Sales and Service for keeping the personal touch in your business.

We sell and service gas powered, rechargeable and electric lawn and garden tools ranging from leaf blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws and up into lawnmowers, snowblowers, rototillers , logsplitters and lawn tractors. We sell stihl, toro, snapper , simplicity and briggs and stratton power products but offer parts and service for almost all other brands as well.
