Unacceptable
December 06, 2011I went to Mr.Soles to get the zippers redone on my winter boots just before the winter season began. He made me pay half up front. A week later I went to go get them and the store was shut down for one entire month. No one was working there at all because of a family emergency. Mr. soles the BEST!
March 29, 2011For over 10 years I've been visiting Mr.soles shoe repair and every time the service is fast, efficient and the best. His service is also reasonably priced and also always friendly. I consider Mr. soles the best cobbler in downtown Toronto.

Horrible.
February 27, 2010This gentleman completely ruined a pair of $300 boots I owned. Not only was the craftsmanship horrible, but I had to go back three different times after the one week wait time, each time he "promised" they'd be done in a new time frame. Absolutely a total rip off. Now i'm out $300 for my boots + $60 for his shoddy repair.
