Thanks for your response.

To expand on my review and provide some clarification.

The vehicle was brought in for a tire repair. Your staff immediately went into what is best described as 'up sell' mode. My wife specifically asked that ONLY the tire be repaired as the vehicle has been receiving regular service at the dealership. For clarification we choose to bring it their not because... more
