Outstanding Service and Value!
I was recommended to Mountainview Optical from a friend and I can definitly say I will be back! They have a HUGE selection of frames all all around great service. I was purchasing my first pair of glasses which at another optical I was quoted over $800 for one pair. At Mountainview Optical I got 2 pairs that I absolutely love for under $300. The staff was so great at helping me choose frames and my glasses were ready that same day! Overall I was extremely impressed with my experience at Mountainview Optical and with their customer referral gift card program I will definitly be telling all my friends.
Worst business in Olds, Ab
My husband works in construction and while working his glasses broke. He came to this business directly from work to get new glasses. He had on his work clothes and boots and a woman working there made a comment on his boots being dirty and was very rude to my husband and I. They obviously don't have very many people come in that work in construction...strange considering all the oil and gas companies in the area. Anyway it was dried concrete on his boots and we had already explained to the woman when we came into the store that he broke his glasses jack hammering. I told her that she was very unprofessional and that we will take our business elsewhere.
I phoned the owner of this business and complained about how we were treated. He passed me over to the woman I was complaining about. I told her I wanted to speak with the owner. She then replied that he was to busy to speak with me. I suppose that they have enough customers coming in that they don't worry about how they treat them.
Long story short....This is the most unprofessional business I have come across ever!!!
