Ridiculous
I responded to an ad on Autotrader for a motorcycle. Got an email response the next day from Roxane. I called her and asked for a price on a trade. She asked for pictures of my trade which I sent the following day. I called 8 times over the next 4 days. She continually said she would get back to me in 5 minutes but never did.
I finally got a trade in price after 5 days. I called her back in 5 minutes to take the deal and she told me someone else was in the process of selling the same motorcycle or the one beside it and she would get back to me in 5 minutes.
I called back after 1/2 hour and should would not take my call so I asked to speak to the sales manager and was told she was the sales manager.
