First time patron at Mosaic for lunch. The food is OK/good: Cobb Salad(fresh greens & light dressing), Seafood Chowder was OK(plenty of smoked salmon, but light on chowder flavor), Smoked Salmon sandwich(very nice cold dish on top of bagel), nicely done Chicken sandwich(sliced deli chicken meat & avocado with a sweet honey dijon dressing; side salad lacked any dressing). I always recommend Mosaic to all our clients. We also use this restaurant for business lunches. It is quiet. It helps that the food is fabulous and the service stupendous.
