Customer satisfaction does not exist at this property. There is no wireless internet at this ' resort' (which it is far from)! Bathroom was dirty when I checked in. The walls, etc. are so thin you can hear the people walking above you. The folks above me were up ALL night and therefore SLEEP would have been a luxury. Customer service not a priorty
November 18, 2009I had called and made an appoitment to have my wedding at the hotel. I was on time for my appoitment, but waited 30 minutes to see the event coordinater.
