Good food, great service, wonderful location. My only complaints about my visit to Monk McQueen's had little to do with the dining experience. First I walked from downtown Vancouver and discovered - too late - that I should have crossed the Cambie bridge on the east side. Second is that in mid October it is not practical to sit on the patio for dinner - definately something I plan to do next... more

First visit made me a fan. Great scenic view when you come on a sunny day. Was offered complimentary champagne for making reservation online-what a nice surprise! Brunch buffet was great - good selection of cheese, cereal, breakfast items, and desserts. Great value as well and I'd totally come back.

We chose this restaurant for a special birthday celebration, and were not disappointed. Although we usually come here for summertime occasions out on the patio (a fabulous experience - what a view!)it was equally beautiful at night, with all the twinkling city lights. The vermouth sauce on the grilled salmon was absolutely delicious - would gladly have that dish again. Beautiful food... more

Had a great time with friends. Service was just perfect. They seemed to have hired a whole staff that just love what they do. Food was great and well priced. Left very satisfied. Highly recommend.
