La bella figura: to Italians “presenting yourself well in thought, word and deed as a matter of personal dignity”. I had the distinct pleasure to partake of a meal with Chef Roberto Fracchioni of Monk Kitchen at the Templar Hotel. Needless to say, his food was incredible, simple, subtle yet massively favorable.
