Worst customer service ever

Ordered bridal party dress. Upon fitting, dress turns out to be too small. I asked the attendant about what can be done (i.e. modifications, ordering a larger one), she turned into a broken recorder and just kept repeating "But the dress is yours, you can take it now." They wouldn't let me know if they can even order another one, they just said "We'll let you know" and waved me off. They didn't even bother asking for a phone number to call me, and wouldn't know who to call if I had not gone out of the way to ensure that they actually had my number.

On the same day, my cousin went to pick up her daughter's dress as a flower girl (for the same wedding) at a different location, same chain (and probably management). The dress that was picked up (which had to be ordered in because they messed up the size on it the first time) arrived in a black plastic bag, unchecked. Upon opening, it turns out to have horrible workmanship and a very visible stain on the back. When she commented about it, the response was "You're too picky. You wouldn't be happy anyways."
