This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, in my life.
I ordered a furniture combo set at Surplus Mattress and Furniture in Kitchener and most of the contents were by Monarch.
If you buy anything at Surplus, ask if it is by Monarch. If it is, do NOT buy it. You have to assemble the furniture yourself. I generally don't mind this.
What I do mind is the numerous phone...

**If you are looking at furniture that is made by Monarch Specialties Inc - Steer Clear!!! Trying to go through them (The manufacturer) Is like trying to have a conversation with a new born!!! USELESS and very unprofessional. You will never hear back from them after sending them photo's of your damaged item and having numerous conversations with them they will vanish**
