broken furniture, bad customer service
We received broken furniture and they never replaced or fixed it -- after the item is sold, you are on your own, they will only come up with excuses and will not do anything to help you.
We would NOT recommend this store to our friends.

June 09, 2011Our furniture looked great in the catalog but upon arrival the actual quality turned out to be very disappointing for the price we paid. In addition to poor craftsmanship (uneven paint, minor wood defects), most hardware parts (magnetic locks, shelf support) were damaged. The store has a wide selection of sofa beds made in Israel (very good quality) and in Germany. The owner is very knowledgeable and not pushy.
