Mike Roulston is a con man, and an embarrassment to the Vancouver personal training scene. Stay clear of this guy!

Outdated and Ineffective

There is nothing cutting edge here. The methods used are outdated and ineffective for either losing weight or getting into shape.

WARNING: This guy is a total joke who will rip you off without any hesitation.

Is bootcamp fun despite having to workout in the cold windy Vancouver rain at ungodly hour? Yes. Did I meet a few cool peeps doing it? Yes.

Does it produce results, as promised? No.

Is it worth $250 for 4 weeks ($3250 a year)? A big fat NO.
