Across from the opulent Orpheum Theatre, it would be easy to bypass this century-old boutique hotel—which would be a shame, because renovations have restored some of its original architectural features, including recessed ceilings, gold-painted sconces, and the lobby's 1920s-style black-and-white tile floor. Situated downtown, across from the Orpheum Theatre and close to the clubs on Granville Street, the Moda offers lots of modern style and heritage flair for a superb value. The staff was super helpful, helping me get a cab very early in the morning and with printing of my boarding pass. Would stay here again.
