An unpleasant surprise !
This clinic came HIGHLY recommended to me. I was unpleasantly surprised by my experience here. There were some good points worth mentioning. First, the tech staff here is outstanding. My dog and I spent several hours, waiting for specialists and then the results of the tests done. It was the tech staff we spent the most time with and I have to say I found them friendly, well trained and supportive. The doctors, on the other hand, left me feeling disappointed. The specialist we saw was clearly brilliant in her field but the lack of time she had to spend with us left me feeling as though my questions would not be answered. We didn't even get to see the second specialist, just his tech, but were charged for his appointment nonetheless.
The clinic is large and well equipped. I have no problem paying the high costs of their service if my pet and I are given the correct amount of care. I think this clinic needs to improve on their customer service.

Had to bring my dog there recently due to poison ingestion. They were fast, knowledgeable, friendly and not outrageously expensive. They were honest with us and always kept us updated.
