We focus on improving multiple areas of your life, including: lifestyle change (sleep, musculoskeletal balance, exercise, diet, and emotional/spiritual practices), acupuncture, homeopathic medicines and herbal medicines, physical therapies (e.g. ultrasound) and hydrotherapy. We use multiple treatments used simultaneously as opposed to one treatment at a time.

This is the approach we strive to use at Touchstone Naturopathic Centre, and will be recommended for the majority of patients.

If you are unhappy with traditional medicine, this is the clinic for you. They are educated and very informative in many areas. They were able to help us with our autistic son. We were so impressed with the amount of information and guidance we were given to be able to help our son, and ourselves.
