Tried a Get Lifted class with Amber -- started gentle but turned into a great challenge! She's got a great teaching style, there's no wonder the class was packed. The space is beautiful, the overall vibe is laid back, but for students who are ready to do the work. Would happily go back!

I just had a Pilates - Get Tight class with Vanessa. It started out so nice and relaxing, with aligning stretches, that I thought "I might need a more intense class."

NOPE. Within 10 minutes my abs, butt, and arms were aching. It was awesome, and flew by. Thank you, Vanessa!

I will definitely be back.
