Very good sushi, just not our "style"

Went here recently on a Saturday night and business was brisk. Nary a seat to be had without a reservation. Also noticed that clientele was mostly Oriental, which typically bodes well as an indicator at sushi restaurants. The decor and ambience was excellent for a sushi restaurant. Premises were very clean as they should be. Service was very, very attentive and prompt. The sushi and sashimi we had was very, very good. Very fresh and well done. The prices are on the high side, but once the food was delivered we knew why. The proportions are commensurate with the prices. Large cuts of fish with large servings overall. Although everything was done up very well, but unfortunately, we actually prefer our sushi and sashimi in finer (i.e. smaller) sizes. However, for those who more partial to bigger pieces, this place will likely become one of your favourites over time. Very good quality stuff.
