Leave your western modesty with your shoes as you slip on sandals in the lobby: once inside the steam, you're au naturel. I really love this spa but this time wasn't quite as exceptional. The steam & exfoliation were great, the massage was not as good as previous visits but okay - a bit skimpy on the oils. My relaxing experience though was mostly ruined by my exit. The reception had a few men buying xmas gift certs and the reception folks seemed rather overwhelmed and more interested in helping them.
