It's a shame that this gorgeous hall is being run by Mr. Narinder Dhillon. He has no business ethics and doesn't know a single thing about customer service. Everything was always "we'll see"...or "don't worry, it'll happen"...who wants to hear wishy washy answers like that for their wedding?
