Terrible Service

I called Minoan Plumbing when my hot water tank failed. They claimed 24 hour service, but they told me it would take two days before they came out. They replaced my hot water tank for $680 and all of this was back in January. In July the hot water tank failed. It took them a full day before they were able to come out and replace the thermocoupler. The replacement only took about 15 minutes. Despite having a 3 year warranty, I was not happy that the hot water tank's thermocoupler failed in such a short time frame. At the time I thought it was only a manufacturer defect. In November I had the same problem again. However, the staff at Minoan Plumbing did not come out at all. They only gave me phone numbers to call and complain about the product. In the end I waited three days before someone ever came to my home, and it was a technician from the manufacturer of the hot water tank not anyone from Minoan Plumbing. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any plumbing, heating, electric or natural gas work. They don't care about their customers and this is poor business practise.
